The MVR30, which was a feature machine at the 2014 IMTS show has the following features:

• Auto loading right angle head programmable in 1 degree increments

• 20 – 6,000 RPM spindle speed both vertical & right angle head
• Thru spindle coolant
• 80 tool ATC with auto 90 degree inversion to right angle head

• 65″ from table top to spindle face
• 78.7″ X 157.5″ table
• 55,000 lb table load capacity
• 13.8″ square RAM
• 165.4″ of “X” axis travel
• 118.1″ of “Y” axis travel
• 43.3″ of “W” axis cross rail vertical travel
• 31.5″ of “Z” axis RAM travel
• Renishaw measuring probe

EMM added the AICC nano data server package and MP scales on all axis to increase the machine accuracies. These added features enhance the ability to machine complex geometry on mold & die parts along with the capability to machine heavy industrial weldments, die holders, machine frames, etc.
